Our Philosophy

Jiyū means freedom—freedom from shortcuts, from compromise, from commercial expectations. For over 25 years, we’ve raised Wagyu the way it was meant to be. With patience, intention, and deep respect for the Japanese lineage that started it all.

The Bull That Changed Everything 

OH-NO wasn’t supposed to lead the herd. But when he did, something extraordinary happened. What started as a “cleanup bull” became a legend—producing meat so exceptional, it changed the course of our ranch. Now a Triple Crown Grand Champion, studied by universities, and known across the globe.
